We are sending notice of the Hall's AGM (Agenda below) which this year will take place on Thursday 12th November at 7.00pm, in the Hall.

As usual, the bar will be open straight after the meeting and there will be a free drink for everyone who attends the AGM.

This is an important event in the calendar of Whitford's year. It's your opportunity to hear what the Trustees have been doing on your behalf, and to check on the Hall's finances in these difficult times.

It's also your opportunity, should you feel so inclined, to offer your time and talents to serve as a Trustee. If you would like to know more about what this entails, please consult with an existing Trustee (Denise Loud, Steve Hallworth, Andy Soldan, David Chidell, Julian Hurst or myself).

This year we will also begin discussions about possible capital projects - not to make any decisions, but to explore how such decisions should be made, and how such projects could be undertaken.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at this important meeting.
